A complete, investor-grade business plan in 20 minutes — structured across 13 sections, grounded in your actual numbers, and delivered as a formatted PDF document alongside a 7-sheet Excel financial model with 12-month revenue projections, unit economics, milestones, risk register, customer personas, and competitive map.

Sales Engine
The Sales Engine solves the single most universal problem in early-stage business: not knowing where your customers are or how to reach them. It is built on a single conviction — if you cannot sell your product in your city, there is no reason to believe you will sell it anywhere else.
The methodology
Hyper-local prospect generation. Real business names, addresses, and publicly listed phone numbers from Google Places — not hallucinated lists. Up to 100 prospects in your city as your starting universe.
AI-scored prospect quality. Every prospect is scored 1–5 on segment fit and data completeness. Only qualified prospects (score 4 or above) go into your workbook.
Personalised outreach sequences. Templates for every channel you select — WhatsApp, Email, Phone, LinkedIn — written specifically for your segment, city, and offerings. Not generic templates. Not plug-and-play boilerplate.
A live Excel operating system. Four sheets: a formula-driven Dashboard with weighted revenue forecast; a Prospects tracker with Status and Position dropdowns; a Solution catalogue where rate changes cascade to all open deals; and a Sequences sheet with your outreach copy.
The 90-day horizon. Sales plans that span three years produce pipe dreams. 90 days produces action. The Dashboard quarterly view — Days 1–30, 31–60, 61–90 — forces realistic planning and weekly accountability.
